Philip Frallicciardi

I have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1991. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1998 and a licensed certified real estate appraiser since 2000. I have had my own appraisal practice since 2002. I have appraised many estate properties to help families settle the estate of a loved one. I started visiting senior living communities to find a place for my 92 year old mother. Then I came across Mom's House and knew this was a perfect fit for me. I can use my years of real estate knowledge and experience to help others who are in the same situation I am with elderly parents. Mom's House prides itself on the highest moral standards and ethical behavior. I found this very appealing. Working with other experts in the senior living space allows me to give something back to others and to help our elderly at this stage of life.
